FABLES REIMAGINED

This collection brings new life to timeless fables through imaginative illustration, blending traditional stories with contemporary visual narratives. One piece reinterprets Aesop’s fable of The Lamp, where a chandelier takes the place of the traditional oil lamp, with butterflies quietly dismantling it—an elegant metaphor for the slow and inevitable passage of time. Another series is inspired by the Panchatantra, focusing on the Three Wise Fish, where the fish represent wisdom and caution, imparting lessons about knowledge and foresight. Through these illustrations, I aim to reimagine these ancient tales, creating visual narratives that resonate with modern sensibilities while staying rooted in their profound philosophical foundations.
